Master bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom includes his and her sinks, vanity units, toilet, separate shower and Roman bath. Patio doors lead onto the pool and deck area.

The living room to the front of the villa is an open plan area with dining table and chairs to seat 6. The villa has 2 dining areas providing seating for up to 10.

Pool Area and Garden
The swimming pool is completely screened to keep the bugs out, and is surrounded by decking, ideal for that all-important Florida sun tan! The pool has an electric heater for those cooler days. A fence surrounds the pool and garden to ensure complete privacy. The outdoor area has been thoughfully designed in order to allow usage the whole year round.

Dining Area
With a table for 6 the dining area offers added flexibility at mealtimes. There are also dining tables in the kitchen and under the cover of the lanai by the pool. So, whatever the weather, there's always a comfortable place to eat.

The third bathroom is located between bedrooms 3 and 4. It has a vanity unit with its own toilet and shower bath. This bathroom is convenient for pool access.
